How It Works: All calls are South African Standard Time (SAST). You’ll receive a link via email (check your spam) after your full payment.
Pre-Session Requirements: To ensure your session is valuable and tailored, you must: Complete the pre-session form at least 48 hours before the session. The form includes questions about your social media goals, pain points, and platform handles. If this form is not received on time, the session may be rescheduled.

Need to reschedule? No worries. Inform us 24 hours before the consultation date. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. Missed appointments are non-refundable. I’ll keep your info safe until you’re ready.

Client Commitment You agree to: Arrive on time and prepared for your session Keep an open mind and be honest about your goals and challenges Take ownership of any changes or action steps discussed This is a collaborative session therefore your results will depend on your consistency and implementation and not just my advice.
